We are looking for an energetic Building (Property) Manager with a minimum 3 years’ experience in property & facility management – office/commercial/industrial buildings.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Coordination of property and facility management activities to ensure legal compliance (occupational health and safety, supplier contracts, others).
Daily property and facility management coordination and supervision, including responsibility for the effective functioning of all installations and technical equipment (HVAC and access equipment) inside allocated facilities.
Manages service provider relations for the complete range of property and facility management services, ensuring proactive administration, optimal infrastructure performance, and technical and administrative responsibilities.
Responds rapidly to tenant inquiries, making sure that any concerns regarding technical failures of equipment, installations, surface wear, or other administrative issues are solved as soon as possible.
Prepare property operation reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, or on-demand).
