Globalworth is an organisation that supports young people in their professional development. Several times a year we recruit students and young graduates. These internships can last from 3 months up to 2 years.
We have created a special career development programme, the Globalworth University. The program enables students and graduates to work in key departments of our company: property and facility management, asset management, leasing, technical and others. This allows the trainee to familiarise themselves with the company itself, the way we work, the systems we use and the procedures we follow.
After this time, the trainee will be able to choose the department in which they would like to develop further.
The main goal of Globalworth University is to help our young employees make informed choices about the direction in which they would like to develop and then give them the opportunity to gain experience in their chosen area.
