Internalized property management services for our entire real estate portfolio in Romania

Providing the best services for our tenants is a key component for us and we continue to shape a collaborative approach for our business strategy. Therefore, at the beginning of June, we`ve completed the internalization of the property management services for our office portfolio in Romania. During the last 12 months, we took on the property management of some of our landmark offices such as Bucharest Tower Center, UniCredit HQ, Globalworth Green Court (A, B, C), Globalworth Campus (Tower 1 and Tower 2), BOC and BOB.

Establishing an in-house property-management team for our entire portfolio in Romania was a strategic business outlook to further continue our mission to develop the best office experience. Also, ensuring direct and fluid communication between the tenants and the owner of the building is an important asset of the in-house property management – this generates added value for our occupants due to our commitment to meet their needs in time”, says Valentin Neagu, our Chief Asset Management Officer.

Moreover, the internalisation of the property management services ensures uniform implementation of our Group`s policy and the advantage of optimized costs.
Additional to the buildings mentioned above, we provide in-house property management for another 5 office projects from our Romanian portfolios, such as Globalworth Tower, Globalworth Plaza, Gara Herăstrău and City Offices.
