The Globalworth Christmas Charity Days is one of the projects that attracted the most donors and was met with the most enthusiasm, by both Globalworth employees and tenants. The Globalworth Foundation gathered and helped 5,600 children from community centers and foster homes at the Globalworth Christmas Charity Days event. Thousands of children from foster care centers and underprivileged families do not have the sufficient means during the winter holidays to receive any Christmas presents. Through the Globalworth Christmas Charity Days, the Globalworth Foundation has distributed 5,600 gifts to children from disadvantaged communities. The Christmas gifts were given to the children at special events held for the little ones, such as workshops, surprise concerts and dance performances.
How the children present attended the day organized by the Globalworth Foundation:
“I was very happy to see Santa, especially since he was the real one.”

“I liked Gașca Zurli the most. And I liked that I made friends, I played and I received a great gift that I will share with my brother.”

The children were invited from the following partner foundations and associations: United Way Romania Foundation, Providența Foundation together with Jilava Community Center and Pădureni Community Center, Ana și Copiii Association together with the Community Center from the commune of Urlați and the Community Center from the commune of Fundulea, Aurora Băicoi Sports Club Association, Viitorul Ialomița Sports Club Association from the commune of Cosereni, Mia’s Children Association from the commune of Chiajna, Provita Association for infants and unborn children from the commune of Posești, the Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation, Beneva Association, Hercules Association from Costești, Casa Speranței Hospice Foundation and Hope & Homes for Children Foundation.
