Warta Tower, a new modern office building added to our portfolio

Starting today, we have a new building in our portfolio, following a transaction valued at €55 million: Warta Tower, a landmark office building located in central Warsaw, Poland. The tower hosts offices that offer a modern, productive and friendly work environment, so we are more than happy to welcome it into our family.

Due to its large windows, Warta Tower provides our partners with an optimal amount of natural light, while the efficient and flexible accommodation of both open and separate offices allows them to adapt the space to the way in which they work and connect to each other. Moreover, the usage of the best building materials, meeting the highest efficiency and quality standards, provides them with a comfortable and safe work environment.

Warta Tower, which was completed in 2000, comprises approximately 28,000 sqm of gross leasable area and offers outstanding architectural qualities, including its iconic lobby. The 21-floor building hosts multiple companies, the largest one being TUiR Warta S.A., an insurance and reinsurance company, subsidiary of Talanx International AG.

“Globalworth Poland is very excited to be growing its portfolio with the acquisition of this sizable, landmark asset in Warsaw, following on from the high-quality offices in Wroclaw, Gdansk and Katowice acquired in December 2017. In addition to an attractive current income, this property offers excellent asset management potential. Our portfolio is growing fast so stay tuned to find out more about our next steps”, said Dimitris Raptis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Globalworth.
