The leading media outlet in Poland, which is part of global media concern Warner Bros. Discovery, is to open an office in Katowice in the Silesia Star centre, which is part of the Globalworth portfolio.

The Katowice offices of TVN Warner Bros. Discovery are to be on the fifth floor of Silesia Star building A. The tenant is to move into a new 500 sqm office in July this year. The interior is to be designed in collaboration with Globalworth’s Workplaces department and as a result, TVN WBD is to have a modern and comfortable workspace in the most recognisable office building in the centre of Katowice.

 Silesia Star has been part of the Globalworth portfolio since July 2019. It is one of the most interesting office centres in Katowice and was designed by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio. The complex comprises two eight-storey buildings with over 29,000 sqm of leasable space. The property is located in the heart of the city on ul. Uniwersytecka is in the direct vicinity of the DTŚ motorway, the city’s Cultural Zone and also the University of Silesia.
