This year, Globalworth Foundation supports young artists hoping that they will be able to develop and pursue their dreams. The “Identities” exhibition, open to the public respecting the new context in Romania, was the debut event of talented young people in visual arts through which they exhibited their painting, graphics, sculpture, or art installation, in order to convey their artistic message.

In January this year, the Margaret of Romania Royal Foundation organized a national selection open to young people aged between 14 and 24, who study at music and art high schools and universities countrywide. Following an assessment conducted by a specialized jury, 30 young artists were enrolled in the Young Talents program, the 2020 edition – Dimitris Pergamalis, Head of Construction & Development at Globalworth and a real art lover, was a member of the jury, in the Visual Arts category.

The Young Talents is a program granted by Globalworth Foundation with the amount of Euro 50,000 which supports and promotes artists from humble families who cannot develop their potential because of the lack of resources. During the year, they will receive individual grants of up to 2,000 euros for their artistic development. Moreover, they will have the possibility to participate in national and international competitions, master classes and workshops, to purchase instruments and working materials. Along the year, the youths will also have the opportunity to meet mentors – renowned artists and personalities of the artistic world.
