Did you know that only 2% of the population is a blood donor? There are people who fight a bitter battle and all they need is a few drops of blood. We can literally save a life in a few minutes, that’s how long it takes to fill a blood tube. Patria Bank, in a partnership with Centrul de Transfuzie Sanguina Bucuresti and Globalworth, gathered 67 volunteers who donated 18.900 ml of blood in an event hosted by our building, Globalworth Plaza. Join them and you can also become a hero. Give a few minutes of your life and a few drops of your blood to a child or an adult in need. You may save their lives.

Centrul de Transfuzie Sanguina Bucuresti (Blood Transfusion Center Bucharest) is the largest centre in Romania that collects and distributes blood to over 60 hospitals in Bucharest. Its major objectives are ensuring day by day the required amount of blood in hospitals and ensuring and providing blood of maximum safety and quality. Both objectives can be achieved with conscious, voluntary and faithful participation of blood donors.
