mFinanse moves from Warta Tower to WTT

mFinanse, a popular Polish financial brokerage business that is part of the mBank group, has moved from the Warta Tower building owned by Globalworth to the 25th floor of Warsaw Trade Tower, another building that is also a part of the company’s Polish portfolio.

“It is really great news for us as, the owner and manager of both the Warta Tower and Warsaw Trade Tower office buildings, that the mBank subsidiary has decided to remain a member of the Globalworth tenant community. As a long-term investor, our goal is to ensure the comfort of our tenants and to find them new solutions if for some reason it no longer becomes possible to extend their leases in their current locations. mFinanse’s move to Warsaw Trade Tower is further evidence that old iconic office buildings can keep pace with those that are newly built and that our tenants appreciate the high quality of our services,” says Anna Korwin-Kulesza, Asset Management & Leasing Director at Globalworth Poland.

mFinanse comprises a continuously-growing network of financial experts, whose role is to provide support for the important financial decisions of their clients. The mBank subsidiary offers a broad range of financial products. It employs over 1,000 financial advisors throughout all of Poland and has experience in the market since 2005.

Warsaw Trade Tower is one of the tallest and most recognisable office buildings in Warsaw. With over 42 floors, a height of 208m and 45,000 sqm of office space, the office stands on ul. Chłodna 51 in the city’s Wola district near ul. Towarowa and al. Solidarności as well as close to Rondo Daszyńskiego station on the second Warsaw metro line.

In April 2019, Globalworth added the property to its portfolio. Warsaw Trade Tower is the Polish headquarters of insurance company UNIQA and is also the base of such companies as MSD, American Express, Avanssur and BNI. The building has 400 parking spaces for the use of its tenants, modern cycling facilities with changing rooms and showers and attractive common areas that are modernised on a continuous basis. The office tower is also environmentally certified under BREEAM with a rating of ‘Excellent’ and with a WELL Health & Safety 2022 certificate. It is also 100% powered with renewably-sourced energy.
