I Miss My Office campaign on air with Meloradio

Now for over a year, a large proportion of office workers have been working remotely from home. In March, Globalworth, the leading company in the Polish and Romanian office markets, launched its ‘I Miss My Office’ campaign with Radio Zet and from April it is to be held on-air on Meloradio across 22 Polish cities. Globalworth is inviting Polish people to talk about why we miss working in the office and how working from home affects our lives and relationships.

During April and May, Globalworth’s I Miss My Office campaign is to take to the air on Meloradio (formerly known as Radio Zet Gold) – a network of 19 radio antennas broadcasting across 22 Polish cities. We are going to invite listeners to share with us their feelings and stories of working in the office. Prizes will be awarded for the most interesting contributions. We will also be talking with psychologists and sociologists about the plusses and minuses of working from home, about how it affects the way we function, about our family relationships, our efficiency, our physical and mental health and also about what work model works best in the long run.

“Once again in March, our radio and internet campaign on Radio Zet gave people working from home the chance to tell us their stories and talk about how much they miss interacting with their colleagues and their office habits. With the lockdown having been extended, many still cannot enjoy working with their office colleagues. With our campaign, we have helped to raise people’s spirits by joining them over the radio for the morning coffee. In April, we invite people to tune in to Meloradio where over two months we will be holding further events as part of our campaign. There will also be no lack of experts to talk about topics such as what we most miss when working from home and there will also be competitions on this theme. For the best stories, we are giving away coffee machines, because they are among those things, we remember most fondly about office life,” says Paweł Słupski, Senior PR & Marketing Manager at Globalworth Poland.

Globalworth launched the I Miss My Office campaign at the end of November / beginning of December 2020 at the same time in Poland and Romania. At that time the listeners of Radio Kolor in Warsaw and Radio Guerilla in Romania could share their stories of life before the pandemic and talk about all the things that made office life a pleasure. The campaign was accompanied by online concerts, in which Polish and Romanian music stars took part including Smolik // Kev Fox, Natalia Przybysz, Dan Byron and The Mono Jacks.

In March 2021, the campaign was launched for a second time on Radio Zet and included interviews with psychologists and office market experts as well as a Poland-wide competition for listeners who would share on air their stories of what they most missed about the office to win attractive prizes including coffee machines and gift vouchers to be spent in Rossmann. The campaign was warmly welcomed by the office communities in both countries.
