Globalworth is now the manager of all the buildings in its Polish portfolio – after taking over the management of the Green Horizon office building in Łódź. All 22 office and multi-functional properties owned by Globalworth in the country are now managed by the company.

In May, Green Horizon was added to Globalworth’s ownership-management model, which forms one of the most important elements of the strategy of the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe. Now all 22 properties in the company’s Polish portfolio – a combined area of more than 600,000 sqm – are managed by Globalworth’s in-house property managers.
