Globalworth, the leading office investor in Romania and Poland, has completed the construction of the third tower of the Globalworth Campus complex, the largest office park in Romania.
The last tower on Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard will host UniCredit Services and an important part of Allianz group’s activities in Romania. More specifically, Allianz Services, a division of Allianz Technology SE and Allianz Partners, the B2B2C entity of the group will relocate their activities in Bucharest to the new building, renting a total of 9,200 sqm:
“Globalworth Campus has been a very ambitious project from the start, designed to provide a balanced ecosystem in the largest office park developed in Romania. Tower 3, the last tower to be completed, fully complies with this concept and is perfectly aligned in terms of both design and functionality with the other two buildings in the complex, integrating elements of nature into the workspace. Caring for those we house in our buildings is at the core of our business model, and we look forward to accommodating our new tenants in premium space where both indoor and outdoor environments can provide a fertile environment for innovation and progress” said Dimitris Pergamalis, Head of Construction & Development at Globalworth.
After completing the first building on Globalworth Campus in 2017, and the second in April 2018, Tower 3, a 14-floor tower with two underground levels offers no less than 33,000 sqm of rental office space, as well as 24,000 sqm below ground. The complex will also include an imposing 1,800 sqm conference room, which will be completed later this year.
The construction of the new building began in June 2018 and the project was completed in January 2020, meaning that it was fully developed over a period of 19 months. In addition to premium quality offices, the office park offers tenants a wide boardwalk with fountains and green spaces.
The Globalworth Campus complex is a significant office project within the Globalworth portfolio and provides tenants with spaces focused on sustainability and avant-garde design, encouraging innovation, relaxation and creativity. The project encompasses the highest energy efficiency standards: Tower 1 and Tower 2 are currently BREEAM Excellent certified, while the new building, Tower 3, is under the process of receiving accreditation.
Globalworth Campus includes three A-class office buildings housing extensive office spaces, retail outlets and various other facilities spanning a rentable area of over 92,000 sqm. The park was built to offer a complete work experience and has so far been chosen as an office solution by companies including Amazon, Mindspace, Honeywell, Dell, Ademco, Stefanini, P4Cards, Mazars, Chain IQ, Delphi or Stradale, and now Unicredit and Allianz.
