Globalworth Green Court Building D surpasses 60% occupancy just five months after construction start

Globalworth, the leader of the office market in Romania and one of the largest office investors in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), announces that Building D of the Green Court complex has reached an occupancy rate of over 60% just five months after construction began.

This performance comes amid a local and international economic context marked by uncertainty and a more cautious approach by companies regarding expansion or relocation decisions. Under these conditions, the rapid leasing pace of the new building confirms the continued demand for high-tech, efficient, and strategically located workspaces in Bucharest.

Building D represents the newest development phase of the Green Court complex, one of the main business hubs in the northern area of the capital. The project, whose construction began in the last quarter of last year, will add 16,500 sqm of office space, distributed across three underground levels, the ground floor, and 11 upper floors.

The fact that we have exceeded the 60% occupancy for Building D of the Green Court complex just a few months after the start of construction confirms the attractiveness of the projects developed by Globalworth and companies’ confidence in our high-quality office spaces. In a volatile economic context, this evolution shows that well-positioned projects developed to high standards continue to attract tenants’ interest.” said Ema Iftimie, Managing Director of Globalworth Romania.

The Green Court complex already hosts, in its three existing Class A buildings (A, B, and C), renowned local and international companies such as Banca Transilvania, Abbott Laboratories România, Beko România, Capgemini România, Ericsson Telecommunications România, Legrand România, Softelligence, TDCX România, Nordic Group, Carrefour România. The total leasable area of Buildings A, B, and C is 54,300 sqm. Located in one of the most dynamic business areas in northern Bucharest, the complex benefits from easy access to public transport, modern urban infrastructure, and proximity to major commercial areas. The buildings are designed to meet the latest requirements in energy efficiency, safety, and occupant health.
