At the CIJ Awards Romania yesterday evening, we won the award for The Best Investment Transaction of the Year with Globalworth Green Court C and for The Best Leading Green Build Development & Developer with Globalworth Tower.

We have a commitment to build a sustainable portfolio in order to create long-term value for our partners and shareholders. These two buildings, which won us the CIJ Awards Romania prizes, are green certified: Green Court C has a Gold LEED award and Tower has a Platinum one.

Globalworth Tower is a landmark Class „A” office building located in the northern part of Bucharest. It is the second tallest office property in Bucharest at a height of 120m, spread over 26 floors above ground and 3 underground levels.

Globalworth Green Court is a Class „A” multi-tenanted office complex (Green Court A, Green Court B and Green Court C) located in the northern part of Bucharest. All three properties are LEED Gold certified.

We are very proud of these two winning awards and, most of all, of our teams. They worked hard and they continue to evolve and contribute to the expansion of the company.
