Diploma

Diploma, a project initiated by “The Institute”, is an event dedicated to vocational creative graduates. This year, the project celebrated its 4th edition and took place between the 6th and the 15th of October. It marked the start of a fresh generation of artists, architects, designers and creatives from Romania, through an impressive exhibition that took place at Stirbei Palace in Bucharest, with a series of events dedicated to plastic and decorative arts, as well as performing arts. Diploma was ten days of design, film, theatre and music. The events and exhibitions within Diploma were meant to attract a public interested in the arts, design, culture, as well as generating a dialog between graduates and senior professionals from creative industries.

The project selection for Diploma was done by a creative board consisting of more than 20 professionals from each field. The Architecture project selection was done by: Andrei Serbescu – ADNBA, Corvin Cristian, Eliza Yokina – Cumulus, Eugen Pănescu – Planwerk.

The support of the Architecture section within Diploma comes as a result of the Globalworth mission, which is to create a pleasant environment through modern and sustainable solutions for the people that work in these spaces, as well as their communities.
