Globalworth, the office market leader in Romania, announces the end of the campaign through which the company conducted a comfort survey in four buildings: City Offices, Green Court A, B and C.
Since Health and Well-Being are essential for having a good office life, the survey results will provide the office experience tenants require.
While remote options certainly have their benefits — such as allowing people to work on a more flexible schedule — we should be wary of going “all in” on this approach. The office employees have far more to gain from an in-person workplace culture. Some things cannot be replicated online, and people together may be a company’s most valuable asset. Therefore, the insights will help the landlord to create a more pleasant and comfortable work environment.
Part of this initiative was a raffle. Four members of the Globalworth community won 4 electric scooters that will make it easier to get to the office.
