As tenants return to their offices, Globalworth welcomes them back in a spectacular way

Leading real estate owner and manager Globalworth is launching its “OFFICE RENAISSANCE” campaign to provide additional support to its tenants as they come back to their office buildings. Extraordinary graphics inspired by masterpieces of the greatest Renaissance artists await their employees upon their return. A series of articles and podcasts discussing the return to the office buildings will also be published and broadcast in cooperation with TOK FM radio.

After more than a year of home working for the vast majority of us, together with the gradual relaxation of anti-Covid-19 measures, the ongoing vaccination program, and the increasing desire of corporations and their employees to return to their offices, what we are now seeing is a gradual increase in the occupancy rates of offices.

TheOFFICE RENAISSANCEcampaign, which is very much in line with Globalworth’s consistent commitment to the arts, emphasises the Group’s “welcome back” message to our tenants and to the people working in or visiting our properties. An increasing number of companies are coming back to Globalworth’s office buildings or have announced their intention to do so. These decisions are supported by a generalised view that a healthy and safe office environment encourages productivity, creativity, innovation and consistency while helping to foster relationships and corporate culture.

“These last few months have been hard on all of us, and what we all missed the most, was the human interaction. Office life is not only about work, it’s also about being part of a community. And it was only after we started working from home that we truly realised the importance of this. We are delighted that our tenants are now returning to their offices and embracing hybrid formats – and we have chosen to welcome back our tenants with our OFFICE RENAISSANCE campaign. Inspired by the works of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo, we wanted to emphasise the rebirth and rediscovery of office life as well as the human connections we have missed so much,” explains Georgiana Oltenescu, Group Head, Marketing and Communication at Globalworth.

The OFFICE RENAISSANCE campaign is to be held simultaneously in Globalworth’s buildings in Poland and Romania. In both countries, it will be accompanied by a radio campaign. In Poland, the company has partnered with TOK FM radio to publishing a series of articles and special podcasts featuring input from Globalworth’s own experts on the https://audycje.tokfm.pl/audycja/435,Witaj-w-biurze website between July 19th and the end of September.

“For many people, the return to the office is going to be an emotional process. Many are looking forward to working in their offices again, as our previous campaign, “I Miss My Office“, confirmed. Now, with more and more tenants announcing their return to the office, many employees are asking themselves what has changed when it comes to office work and by how much? We will try to answer such questions together with TOK FM’s journalists. In the “Welcome to the office” section available at tokfm.pl, we will also talk about how we have changed during this period of remote work, and what makes working in the office difficult now but also, why is so hard to work from home” says Paweł Słupski, Senior PR & Marketing Manager at Globalworth Poland.

Safety comes first

As many corporations invite or require their employees to return to the office, it’s crucial that they follow the necessary health and safety protocols, to ensure both their physical well-being and peace of mind. For this reason, Globalworth has introduced a series of safety and hygiene measures, such as reorganising the circulation of the traffic inside its buildings, taking measures to enhance HVAC systems, the addition of safe distancing floor markers, informing employees and visitors about the current rules to follow when using the property (social distancing, hand washing and sanitising, mask-wearing, etc), the installation of hand disinfectant dispensers, the regular cleaning and disinfection of high traffic areas and the introduction of touchless systems, among others.
