A great six months for Globalworth in Poland – the company leases out 48,000 sqm in the first half of the year

Globalworth – the leading manager and owner of office and mixed-use space in Central and Eastern Europe – signed 93 lease transactions in Poland over six months in 2023 comprising almost 48,000 sqm. This great leasing figure results from the finalisation of new office and service space leases, renewals of existing contracts and existing tenants taking on more space.

Out of the 93 leases for space in Poland signed in the first half of this year, 40 contracts for a total of 18,000 sqm were either signed by new tenants or resulted from current tenants in Globalworth’s buildings taking on more space.

“Because Globalworth’s extensive Polish portfolio comprises 22 properties – all of which are found in the best locations either in Warsaw or across the country’s five largest regional cities – we are able to uniquely tailor what we offer to our clients’ needs, as well as to the specific nature of their industries and the scale of their operations. We stand out not only because of the various types of space we have available but also because of our long-term owner support and the entire array of services that our team provides such as design and fit-out, which is offered by our Workplaces department. Our excellent leasing figures for the first half year, which include renewals and expansions, demonstrate the appreciation our tenants have for our continuous investment into remodelling and modernising our existing buildings as well as for our current work on ESG issues and our development of new technologies for our buildings through our Globalworth App.”– says Artur Apostoł, the Managing Director of Real Estate Operations Poland at Globalworth Poland.

Among the companies that decided to continue to work with Globalworth over the first six months of this year are Vonage (1,000 sqm) in the Retro Office House building in Wrocław and BNI (3,300 sqm) in the Warsaw Trade Tower.

Additionally it is worth mentioning some of the contracts signed with new tenants including consultancy Olesiński i Wspólnicy (2,200 sqm) in the Renoma building in Wrocław as well as LeverX Group (3,200 sqm) and Zagrywki (1,300 sqm) in the Retro Office House centre also in Wrocław.
