And one of the best ways to achieve this is by building a “green” and environmentally-friendly portfolio, meeting the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency and enabling people to live healthier, happier and more productive lives. In order to do this, the efforts of our team are always dedicated to designing, building and investing in buildings that can ensure further improvement in our sustainability performance, by achieving LEED Gold, BREEAM Very Good, or higher accreditations.

As a result, over the course of the years, we have received green accreditation for many of the buildings in our portfolio, most of them holding BREEAM Excellent/LEED Gold accreditation or higher.

An excellent example of this and an achievement of which we are particularly proud is BOB, a modern Class “A” multi-tenant office building and one of our landmark properties in Bucharest, which was the first building to receive an Excellent Green Certification in 2014.

BOC is one of the largest office buildings in Bucharest, at more than 7.500 sqm per floor, offering our partners working there access to a wider community of companies. Its location offers great visibility and access to public transport, being situated near the subway, tram and bus stations. This building is part of a wider complex developed between 2006 and 2011, which includes three office buildings, two residential towers and a number of amenities and offers its tenants easy access to all important destinations: a 10-minute walk to Promenada Mall, 10 minutes on the subway to the centre of the city (Piata Victoriei) and 20 minutes from Henri Coanda airport.
