The office complex consists of four 14-story buildings and one 7-story building, which together offers 66k sqm of GLA and 1300 parking spaces. The buildings’ large windows guarantee excellent interior lighting. In addition, the complex offers raised floors, suspended ceilings, and a high-quality air-conditioning system. Buildings A, B, C, D, and FIVE underwent BREEAM-In-Use certification at the “Excellent” level and Wired Score at the “Platinum” level. Quattro Business Park was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates Architecture Studio.

With the new tenant manuals for Quattro Business Park buildings, we are launching the program of improving the tenants’ experience across our portfolio. We are dedicating those new tools not only to office managers but to all our community members. This is an important step to grant our tenants the possibility of using the full potential of our buildings and make their everyday life easier.
Place to grow
The Quattro Business Park in Krakow is located in the north-eastern part of Kraków, on General Bór-Komorowski avenue. The facility is within easy reach of the city center, the railway station and the airport in Balice. The Krokus Shopping Center, Serenada Shopping Center, Aqua Park, and Multikino are also in close proximity to the complex. Quattro Business Park is well connected via public transport with other parts of Kraków. There are numerous bus lines operating. A construction of tram line is under way with a tram stop located at Lublanska Street.
