  • Internalized property management services for our entire real estate portfolio in Romania

    Providing the best services for our tenants is a key component for us and we continue to shape a collaborative approach for our business strategy. Therefore, at the beginning of June, we`ve completed the internalization of the property management services for our office portfolio in Romania. During the last 12 months, we took on the property management of some of our landmark offices such as Bucharest Tower Center, UniCredit HQ, Globalworth Green Court (A, B, C), Globalworth Campus (Tower 1 and Tower 2), BOC and BOB.

  • Renault Bucharest Connected awarded two green certifications: BREEAM Excellent and EDGE

    We continue our mission to make the world a better place and provide advanced technical solutions for protecting the environment and create sustainable workspaces. 

    For the fist time in the Romanian market, our team was awarded two green certifications - BREEAM Excellent and EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) for our landmark office - Renault Bucharest Connected development. The project, which is estimated to use one-third less energy and half of the water consumption of a typical building, is the first office and design centre in the country to receive EDGE certification, an innovation of IFC, member of the World Bank Group.

  • A new way of eco transportation for the Globalworth community – the electric scooters

    Developing a green portfolio is one of our main values and we are taking a step forward in our mission to support environmentally-friendly projects. Therefore, we have signed a partnership with FLOW, a Romanian ridesharing company, to give the employees working in the Globalworth buildings in Bucharest easy access to a new way of eco transportation – the electric scooters.

  • Global Logistics, our new platform for the logistics portfolio

    One of our strategic decisions for the following period is to consolidate our position in the fast-growing logistics market. We started by rebranding our logistics portfolio to Global Logistics and with a new project near Bucharest with an investment cost of EUR 35.5 million. We plan to develop a logistics project in Chitila (Ilfov County), with a leasable area of about 77,000 sqm, which will be built in phases in partnership with Global Vision, a leading construction and property management company in Romania. Recently, we have also completed the first phase of the extension to our logistics project in Timisoara.

  • Warsaw Trade Tower and Rondo Business Park, two more additions to our portfolio in Poland

    We begin the year with new developments and also new acquisitions: Warsaw Trade Tower (WTT) in Warsaw and Rondo Business Park in Krakow, for approximately EUR 170 million. Including these recent additions, our Polish portfolio has grown to almost 500,000 sqm of GLA in office and mixed-use properties.
