Globalworth is a PLACE TO GROW and this implies continuous changes. Therefore, the time for a fresh new look of Tower Center International’s ground floor interiors has come. Following Globalworth’s pillars’ strategy “People, Places and Technology”, we will be implementing various design changes in the lobby, creating a sustainable and efficient experience for our community.

WHAT ARE WE PLANNING TO DO:

• Improvement of the exterior area near the main entrance, which will offer a chill-out zone;
• Food & lounge corner located in the current reception desk’s place;
• New greenery, including two green walls with a surface of approx. 50 sqm;
• Replacing the turnstiles with a modern, technologically superior version;
• Replacing the revolving door with the latest generation automated door.

HOW ARE WE PLANNING TO DO IT:

Most of the works will be done during the day, except the works that involve noise/dust/demolition, which will be executed outside of the working hours and on weekends. The estimated duration: 05 June – 15 September 2021.
