In a bold step forward for workplace innovation, Globalworth’s dedicated team, under the leadership of Raluca Ghica, Head of Globalworth Workplaces Romania, has successfully delivered an exceptional fit-out project spanning approximately 4,478 sqm for Coca-Cola HBC Romania, the local branch of one of the world’s most iconic beverage brands. Housed in Globalworth Campus B, the new headquarters is a meticulously designed workplace that speaks directly to Coca-Cola’s brand identity, creating an immersive, vibrant, and distinctly branded environment.
Design that Mirrors Identity
The fit-out was crafted to encapsulate Coca-Cola’s unique brand essence, with design elements that seamlessly align with its storied identity. Each corner of the space reflects the brand’s values, incorporating iconic logos, typography, colors, and messaging. The vision was clear: to create a workplace that acts as a natural extension of the brand’s personality. This was achieved through a thematic design integrating Coca-Cola’s multiple beverage brands, each with its narrative, style, and visual character.
A critical design challenge was balancing the individuality of each brand within a cohesive workplace that preserves harmony and avoids visual segmentation. This was accomplished by introducing unifying elements that subtly tie together each brand’s distinctive presence, enhancing continuity across the entire space.
Infusing Colour and Creativity
The design concept aimed to energize and inspire creativity within the workplace. Vibrant colors were strategically placed to spark innovation, while muted tones like green offer a calming effect that enhances concentration. Pastels were used to create a welcoming atmosphere for employees, enhancing a positive working environment. Central to the design is the symbolic “Red Wire” — a connecting thread that runs throughout the office, linking different zones while maintaining a sense of unity.
Flexible, Functional, and Acoustic Solutions
Globalworth’s commitment to creating flexible and multi-purpose spaces shines through the use of movable walls, allowing teams to reconfigure workplaces to suit various needs. These walls not only provide versatility but also serve as high-performance acoustic dividers, meeting specific sound insulation requirements. Other elements, including fabric panels, baffles, acoustic ceilings, and premium glass partitions, ensure each workplace has optimal acoustic quality, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Furthermore, eco-friendly materials were prioritized throughout the fit-out, reflecting Globalworth’s dedication to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Furniture and Flow
Every detail, from furniture to colour schemes, was thoughtfully selected to contribute to a cohesive aesthetic and sensory experience. Each piece enhances the brand’s visual story, creating a fluid and harmonious environment that effortlessly connects various spaces and brands with sophistication and function.
Workstations and Amenities
The new headquarters spans two floors, accommodating workstations and a logistics warehouse on the ground floor for the company’s essential needs. Designed with employee wellbeing and productivity in mind, this workplace is set within Globalworth Campus, which balances modern office spaces with retail and other supporting amenities.
A Business Destination Redefined
Globalworth Campus is more than a workplace — it’s a dynamic business destination offering a unique mix of office, retail, and green spaces. Comprising three Class “A” office towers with extensive natural lighting on each floor, the campus has established itself as one of Bucharest’s largest conference centers and a dedicated commercial area. Through its high technical standards and environmentally friendly approach, Globalworth Campus exemplifies the future of premium office environments in Romania.
With this latest fit-out, Globalworth reaffirms its position as a leader in creating innovative and people-centered workplaces, delivering office experiences that resonate with the identity and values of the world’s most successful brands.
