Our portfolio in Poland is expanding with a new office building: Spektrum Tower

Following the acquisition of Quattro Business Park, which established us as the largest institutional office investor in Poland, we are happy to announce a new transaction. Spektrum Tower is an A-class landmark office tower located in Warsaw Central Business District and is now part of our Polish portfolio.

The property, offering approximately 29,500 square metres of GLA, is multi-tenanted and is over 90% let. Our partners in the building are international companies from a variety of sectors, such as BuroHappold, Ecovadis, BGŻ BNP Paribas, Westwing and Calzedonia. The property offers diversified facilities, including one of the largest gyms in Warsaw (CityFit), a medical centre and two restaurants.

"Spektrum Tower is another great addition to Globalworth’s portfolio, consistent with acquiring assets with asset management and value-add potential. We are delighted to welcome a significant number of new tenants with whom we look forward to developing long-term partnerships. With nearly €350 million of acquisitions completed in the first half of 2018, we have established our position as the largest institutional office investor and landlord in Poland and strengthened our position as the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe. We continue to assess attractive opportunities and make progress with our developments in our two main markets, Poland and Romania”, said Dimitris Raptis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
