Allianz Group leases 9,000 sqm in Globalworth Campus 

Starting with next year, our class A Globalworth Campus offices will host two companies of the Allianz Group: Allianz Services and Allianz Partners. The Group is one of the leading integrated financial services providers worldwide, and we are happy to welcome them in Tower 3 of Globalworth Campus to house their operations in Romania on an area of 9,200 sqm.

Globalworth Campus, our new and modern business complex, combines highly technical, environmentally, commercial facilities, green areas, and a large-scale conference centre. Phase A of the project comprises “twin” Class A office towers with a total GLA of over 57,000 sqm, predominantly leased to companies such as Amazon, Honeywell, Mindspace, Stefanini Romania, Mazars Romania, Chain IQ, and P4Cards. Construction of the second and final phase of 35,000 sqm commenced in the first half of 2018 and upon completion will comprise of the Class A office Tower 3 and other amenities such as the 750-seat conference centre. The new office building will extend over 14 floors above ground and two underground levels and is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2019.
