The in-house property management model is one of the most important elements of the Globalworth strategy. That is why we are systematically increasing the share of real estate managed by our team. From June, five more buildings will join this group, which, despite different locations, have many common features. One of them is reputable tenants who have been with us for many years. These include such well-known companies as International Paper, Philips, Deutsche Bank, Santander, BNP Paribas, Eurozet Radio, Capita, Baxter, Korean Cultural Center and ZBP.
